Join us for lunch and a practical workshop about aligning and right-sizing your processes, procedures, and technology to work with and for your people.

It is time to be thoughtful about adopting systems that work for your organization, protect the people and information entrusted to you, and give your team more time to focus on the mission.

This will be a practical workshop where you will learn to analyze the processes and tech you and your team use to make sure your tech is still working for YOU. You will leave this workshop feeling confident that you can choose and use tools that actually fit your organization. We will help you evaluate the efficiency of your fundraising systems, donor databases, procedures, and internal workflows. Along the way we will discuss data privacy, security, and responsible uses of AI.

Charlie Hersman (he/him) of Break Free Technology Consulting, and Trevor Irish (they/them) of PDX Nonprofit Consulting will talk about how nonprofits can better align their people, processes, and technology to save time, improve collaboration, and make everyday work more manageable.
