  • We help organizations set up strong foundations, stay legally compliant, and reduce risk. From contracts and governance to strategy and compliance, we make the legal side of running a business or nonprofit clear and manageable.

  • Fill out our contact form and we will schedule either a free 30 minute service consult (to discuss fit and services) or a paid 1 hour legal consultation (to dive into specific issues). Afterward, we will send you flat fee quotes so you can choose the project or projects that fit your needs.

  • Most of our services are flat fee and pay as you go, so you always know the cost up front. Projects range from a few hundred dollars to several thousand depending on scope. We rarely offer payment plans, but you are welcome to ask.
